We're all in uncharted waters right now and learning more about COVID-19 every day. As a travel company, we feel it's important we continue to share the message of staying home to help protect our global community.

Our top priority at Traveller Collective is protecting our employees, customers, and communities. As an online company, we are fortunate to be able to remain open while still doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Internally, most of our team is easing back into regular operations while a dedicated few from our fulfillment team continue to make orders while meticulously following the stringent guidelines set out by health authorities. On that note...

Is it safe to shop on your site?

There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Traveller Collective community. We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization and local authorities in BC/Canada. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies. 

Will my delivery time be affected? 

Our lean fulfillment team continues to work hard to have your orders built and shipped within 5 days of placing your order. Our trusted shipping partners are also taking all necessary precautions and some orders are taking longer than normal to arrive. Our team is monitoring the situation and will continue to work very closely with our shipping partners to ensure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.
