I have one of these keyrings myself and they are so beautiful and handmade, one of my favourite presents so I bought one for Christmas as a gift for someone else.
There was an issue with postage through no fault of the company, it just happens....
But lucky for me, I got Darryl!
Sent a message to the company and they responded so quickly, sent out another keyring and kept checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. I think it's the best customer service I've ever experienced!
I personally want to say thank you Darryl, for being so humble and caring about how your products go out in the world. I even found out they have an app to help travelers find the best local places to go.
