First things first, what are your Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs?

In order to have the best chance of receiving your order by December 25th, we suggest placing your order by the dates below. Please note that ordering by these dates does not guarantee that your order will arrive before December 25 nor does placing an order after these dates mean that you won't receive it by December 25 :) Most countries have faster shipping options, which you'll see at check-out.

USA:  December 8th

Canada: December 6th

Australia, the UK, and Europe: November 27th 

Rest of the World: November 20th

 

Where do you ship to?

We're proud to ship to Collective Members from around the globe. To date we've shipped to 200+ countries. 

 

How long does it take to ship my order once it's placed?

All orders are hand-made here in Vancouver, Canada. We typically get order's made and shipped within 2 business days.  

 

Will I have to pay customs or taxes for my order?

We only charge our Canadian customers tax during checkout so, if you're from any other country, you MAY be charged duties/customs/taxes by your home country when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that if you live in Germany, France, or Italy, your customs process does seem to add an additional week to your expected delivery time.  

 

Am I able to do a return or exchange?

Not exactly what you were looking for? We're happy to provide returns or exchanges on all of our products. Just be sure to reach out to us at support@travellercollective.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll get you sorted out! Please note, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
