Important Information: As a result of COVID-19, a number of countries are not currently accepting packages from North America or have tightened their restrictions for importing products (including our orders) from other countries. Please view the list of countries that we cannot currently ship to here.
In some cases, you may be able to choose DHL as a shipping option. If so, DHL will appear as an option at checkout. For additional information about shipping to your country, please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
General Delivery Times
Once we've made your order, our shipping partners provide us with the following general delivery times:
- 2-6 business days to the US.
- 4-10 business days to Canada.
- 6-12 business days to Australia, the UK, and Europe.
- 8-28 business days to the rest of the world.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping partners have confirmed that they are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of their teams; as a result, some orders are taking longer than the timelines indicated above.

Customs and Taxes
We only charge our Canadian customers tax during checkout so, if you're from any other country, you may be charged duties/customs/taxes by your home country when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware that if you live in Germany, France, or Italy, your customs process does seem to add an additional week to your expected delivery time.
