In Australia - thanks to COVID out order was delayed, a long time - but the customer service received in the follow up was amazing. We finally received our order and are super happy. Amazing customer service
We bought our daughter a necklace a few years ago and she recently lost it. After contacting travelers and explaining that we wanted the rings with the abbreviated states, they were more than accommodating. After I placed the order I realized I forgot a state and they were able to add that in really quick for me so she would have an exact replica of her previous necklace. I will continue to purchase from Travellers collective!!
