Products

Do you have Custom Rings?

You bet we do! Our first caveat is that Custom Rings can still only include up to three letters, numbers, or symbols. Click here to view Custom 3-Letter Rings in our Shop. You can tell us what three letters/numbers/symbols you'd like on your Custom Rings as you add them to your cart. 

Our second caveat is that we do not currently offer Custom Dated Rings. Dates can be added to Country Rings only. We’ll notify you via email if this changes!

Do rings come already on a Clip or Necklace?

Yes! If you order a Clip or Necklace with your Rings, we spin the Rings onto your Clip/Necklace for you. If you order more than one Clip or Necklace, we make an educated guess about which rings belong on which Clip/Necklace. Don’t worry—you can always move the rings around when your order arrives! 

If you would like specific rings added to a specific Clip/Necklace, feel free to communicate this with us via the Special Instructions box at checkout!

Do you separate Country Rings from State/Province Rings when building a Clip?

Yes! This is our default way of assembling your Clip. If you order Country Rings and US State or Canada Province Rings, we’ll put two split rings (the round things that the rings spin on to) on your Clip to house the different types of rings.

How many rings fit on each split ring?

We build Clips to house 45 rings per split ring. Have more than 45 rings? We simply add another split ring to the same Clip.

How many rings fit on a Necklace?

It’s totally up to you how many rings you add to your Necklace (and how many you’ll feel comfortable carrying!). Check out the photos on the Necklace product pages to see what up to 15 rings looks like on each Necklace.

How do you recommend cleaning your rings?

That’s easy: with good ol’ soap and water! We all clean our rings from time to time by removing them from the split rings and washing them with regular dish soap and water. We don’t clean the leather clip, but you’ll notice that the leather changes colour as it ages. This is totally natural for genuine leather, and we think it looks even better as time goes on.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere and everywhere. Our customers, who we fondly refer to as The Collective, reside in over 100 different countries (check out the Collective Map to see all of the countries we’ve shipped to!).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends where your order is going. Check out our Shipping & Delivery page for detailed information, and feel free to reach out to us via email, live chat, or phone with any specific questions about your order. 

Can I track my package?

Unfortunately, tracking is not an option at this time. 

Do you have a Return Policy?

Of course. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase within the first 30 days, just send it back to us for a full refund :). Please note that our Return Policy is slightly different for orders placed during the holidays (see below under "Gifting").

Gifting

Are your products giftable?

They sure are! A number of the orders we build are gifts, which is always really exciting :). Any Clip or Necklace you order will come housed in a specially-designed box, and any loose rings will arrive in a TC-stamped canvas pouch. We always include a handwritten postcard with every order, but we’re happy to write a custom note for your friend or loved one; simply leave your message in the Special Instructions box at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!

Do you have Gift Cards?

We doand they're digital! You can purchase TC Gift Cards in our online store in increments of $25, $50, $75, or $100 USD. Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for redeeming them at checkout.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy for holiday gifts?

Our standard Return/Exchange Policy is 30 days but, for products purchased as gifts during the holiday season (November 19, 2018 through December 31, 2018), we offer recipients until January 31, 2019 to exchange their items. Full refunds can be coordinated by the person who purchased the gift!

Miscellaneous

Why do you charge in USD?

Great question. The main reason we charge in USD is because the majority of our customers are from outside of Canada and USD is a much better understood global currency. Many of our customers are familiar with how their currency relates to USD. Additionally, the projects we fund are always in USD and we don’t want to lose money on the currency exchange when donating 20% of profits to our current Project (read more about our Projects here). This means that even if we did change our Shop so that you’re billed in CAD, we’d still have to charge the USD equivalent for your purchase.

Can I donate to the current Project without making a purchase?

Absolutely! Click here and donate any amount you'd like. 100% of that money will go directly to our current Project.
