Do you have Custom Rings?

You bet we do! Custom Rings can include up to 20 letters, numbers, or symbols. You can tell us what letters/numbers/symbols you'd like on your Custom Rings as you add them to your cart. 

How many Travel Rings fit on each Clip?

You can comfortably fit about 45 Travels Rings on a Clip's split ring. If you have more than 45, we can simply add another split ring to the same Clip.

How many Travel Rings fit on a Necklace?

It’s totally up to you how many Travel Rings you add to your Necklace (and how many you’ll feel comfortable carrying). For reference many of the Necklaces photos in our shop are holding about 15 Travel Rings.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. Our customers, who we fondly refer to as The Collective, reside in over 200 different countries.

Do you have a return policy?

Of course. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase within the first 30 days, just send it back to us for a full refund :)

Gifting

Are your products gift-able?

Absolutely they are! A number of the orders we build are gifts, which is always really exciting :). Any Clip or Necklace you order will come housed in a specially-designed box, and any loose Rings will arrive in a classy Ring-sized envelope. We always include a handwritten postcard with every order, and we’re happy to write a custom note for your friend or loved one; simply leave your message in the Special Instructions box at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!

Do you have Gift Cards?

We do—and they're digital! You can purchase TC Gift Cards in our online store in increments of $25, $50, $75, or $100 USD. Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for redeeming them at checkout.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy for gifts?

Our standard Return Policy applies...a full refund, no questions asked with 30 days. 

Cleaning 

How do you recommend cleaning your Travel Rings?

That’s easy: with good ol’ soap and water! We all clean our Travel Rings from time to time by removing them from the split rings and washing them with regular dish soap and water.

We don’t clean the leather clip, but you’ll notice that the leather changes colour as it ages. This is totally natural for genuine leather, and we think it looks even better as time goes on.

Honestly, we don’t. We love that the leather changes colour as it ages. This is totally natural for genuine leather and only looks better with the more miles you put on it ;)
