With ongoing restrictions here in Canada that never seem to end, it feels that a lot of us are getting even more restless than we already were. Learning patience and to feel calm in moments of frustration like this are not always easy. That’s why I downloaded Headspace. Not only has it helped me feel more relaxed it has also inspired me to get moving or stretching everyday with their “move” mode. 

I think if you want to become more mindful and a little more at ease with all the craziness in the world you should definitely consider doing a free trial to see if it’s a good fit for you!
